Heidi Montag teamed up with none other than Ron Howard (yes, THE Academy Award winning director) to make this 'Funny or Die' video making fun of all her plastic surgery. In the video Heidi's urging financial reform :)

I have to give Heidi credit: this video is pretty funny- LOL. She told People she was "so excited about my acting future" and "was honored" to work with Ron. I guess so! (Although I'm not sure about the acting future part :).
