According to Radar Online, Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller's marriage is officially over. It seems that they have reached a secret financial agreement and are actively pursuing a divorce.

Brooke has a prenuptial agreement that she’s not happy with and while she has threatened divorce previously, this time she’s finally had enough, friends of hers say.

Now we’ve learned they’ve agreed on a payout to dissolve the marriage. Brooke will walk away with a substantial amount of money “but not a fortune� the friend said.

“It’s not everything she wanted. It’s not even close. But it’s enough.�

Radar Online says that the couple will pretend the marriage is still going strong until Charlie finalizes his legal troubles in Colorado. Once the actor puts that issue behind him, the split will be made public knowledge.
