This guy just doesn’t know what to do with himself. First he’s fighting with Kate Gosselin about getting the kids off the show, then he’s trying to secure himself a part. Next he’s filing for custody and then he drops the case. Who can keep up? Is it just about staying relevant / newsworthy?

Does he decide to do these drastic things only when things get too quiet? Does Jon like the madness? The noise? The attention? I can’t think of another reason why he insists on flipping like a coin whenever the wind changes.

TMZ is reporting that the reality dad plans to drop his case against Kate for custody and child support. Apparently, he never really thought his ex-wife was an “absentee mom”.

Jon never really believed Kate was an “absentee mom,” according to TMZ sources, while she was on Dancing With the Stars.

The exes are trying to formulate a new, current custody/child support agreement.

I guess the news is good – no matter how it came about. The children just need peace and quiet for a while. The lawyers need to all take a break and the parents need to get back on the same page. Perhaps this is the beginning of a simpler life for the Gosselins.

Talk about an about-face! After suing Kate Gosselin for primary custody of their eight children supposedly because she was an “absentee mom,” Jon Gosselin now says he wants to work things out “privately and amicably.”

Jon’s (former?) attorney told TMZ his client planned on moving forward with his custody case despite Kate being voted off ‘Dancing with the Stars.’

Jon’s lawyer, Anthony List, tells TMZ, “‘Dancing with the Stars’ is just the tip of the iceberg for Kate, as surely there will be many other projects to take its place soon.”

Jon then took to his twitter account to tweet the following:

Mr. Anthony List Sr., Esq. is not my representing attorney; I terminated him on April 15, 2010.

He has no legal right to speak to the press or anyone on my behalf.

Kate, her attorneys and I are moving forward to work out things privately and amicably.

Hmmm… do you think he realized that spending a ton of money in court, fighting a case he was likely to lose, wasn’t going to get him the financial results he wanted? Well, I hope they’re able to keep things civil for the kids’ sakes.

Jon Gosselin’s attorney announced that he plans to file papers for primary custody today. He claims Kate is an “absentee mom” because she’s in Los Angeles participating in ‘Dancing with the Stars.’

Meanwhile, although Kate’s official public response is that she will not respond except to say she “will do everything necessary to provide for my kids,” someone has told Radar Online that Jon is an “absentee dad.”

“He didn’t see the kids for weeks and the only reason was that he wanted to hang out with his girlfriend,” a source familiar with the situation told RadarOnline.com exclusively. “He’s claiming that Kate is an absentee mother when the truth is she’s a working mother. What he’s saying is an insult to every mother who has to work to take care of her family.”

I’m guessing this source is from Kate’s camp.

And someone (perhaps someone else, perhaps not, I don’t know) is claiming that Jon is “going broke” since he hasn’t held a steady job since the end of ‘Jon and Kate Plus 8.’

This is going to get ugly. These poor kids.

God, I hate him

Douchetard Jon is taking Kate to court, claiming that because she’s been working on Dancing With The Stars she hasn’t been there as a mommy for their eight kids. I was under the impression that they had a full battalion of child care and housecleaning personnel on duty and that neither parent spent much time with their children, but maybe that’s just me. Anywhothehellreallycaresaboutthesetwolosers, Jon says he wants custody of the kids and child support from Kate. And that, I believe, is the true motivation behind this little wienie maneuver. He can’t pay what he owes in child support and probably thinks he can just take the kids and the network will have to work with him to get to the kids. It wasn’t bad enough his assholery killed the first show (not that anyone really misses it), now he wants to blow up the second one, too. What a tool.

I don’t know why I’m even surprised anymore. Jon Gosselin is taking ex-wife Kate back to court, claiming ‘Dancing with the Stars’ is “damaging” his kids, according to TMZ.

Jon’s new lawyer, former assistant U.S. Attorney Anthony F. List, tells TMZ he’s going to court to ask for primary physical custody. List calls Kate, “an absentee mom,” which he says is no surprise to anyone.

List expects to use “DWTS” as evidence that Kate does not spend “quality time with the 8 kids.”

List also thinks Jon is getting screwed in the child support department, claiming “$20,000 a month is ridiculous.”

In addition to primary custody, List says he’s considering asking the judge to reverse the support obligation and make Kate pay Jon. He did not specify the amount.

There’s also the added bonus for Jon that if he got primary physical custody of the kids, he could just reside in the house, since he probably had nowhere to go after his last girlfriend dumped him. AND get out of making child support payments to Kate since the kids are with him anyway.

I find this unbelievable, but what do you think: should Jon get primary physical custody since Kate is busy on ‘Dancing with the Stars’?

What do you do when your girlfriend lets it be known that she’s dumped you but you can’t talk to the press to put some kind of positive spin on it?

You let the press get pictures of you “moving on.” At least, I guess that’s why Jon Gosselin invited the paparazzi in to watch him getting a haircut. (Who says men deal with break-ups differently than women? LOL)

His kids looked thrilled to see him when they got off the bus, didn’t they? Well, it’s good to see him spending time with them, at least.

I’m not sure if this is an attempt to extend his 15 minutes or not, but Jon Gosselin apparently is a single man again. His 25-year-old girlfriend, Morgan Christie, reportedly has dumped him.

“It’s true,” the insider says, explaining that Christie first initiated the split. “He’s a mess and feels like a loser.”

I’m just going to leave that alone. The quote speaks for itself

Jon had been staying at Christie’s family’s “massive mansion” in Utah when he wasn’t with the kids in Pennsylvania. Even with Kate doing ‘Dancing with the Stars’ he didn’t get extra time with the kids.

“Kate won’t let Jon have extra custody,” a source explained in a recent issue of Us Weekly. “She thinks they’re better off with a nanny.”

Ouch. So I guess Jon is apartment-hunting again. That’s the dating life!

Do I get the money up front?

Ed Hardy, that’s who. Apparently they’ll hire anyone – Kevin Federline, Jon Gosselin … and now the Blohan. Lindsay has been brought in to design handbags, and with her boundless energy (read: Adderall, blow, etc.) already has three collections in development and “numerous more are expected”. She probably hasn’t slept in days, busy “pulling things online and from magazines for ideas.” In other words, she’s copying other people’s work. Again. Once a thief always a thief.

Would I buy an Ed Hardy bag? Hmm, probably not. Tacky does not begin to describe. Would knowing that Lindsay Lohan designed said bag change my mind? Not likely. She used to be well put-together, but lately she looks like a can of smashed assholes. I’d be surprised if any of these bags actually made it into production. I’ll be amazed if she’s still “working for” Hardy by the end of summer. Neither party is known for long-term commitments, and she’s not worth the aggravation.
