Lady Gaga was spotted boarding a private plane in Sydney, Australia yesterday. She was flying to Melbourne. Even though she was flying on a private plane (meaning only her people would be on board), she didn’t miss the opportunity to wear an eye-catching outfit.

Actually, for her this is pretty tame, as long as she avoids strong winds.

Well, there are photographers waiting outside I guess that’s part of being a celebrity: never miss the chance for a photo-op- LOL.

I think actually managing to walk in those shoes should be considered a talent of sorts. If I were wearing those things, the photographs of me would show me sprawled out on the sidewalk, being lifted up by that big bodyguard- LOL.

Lady Gaga has praised a fan who was banned from school for wearing a T-shirt with the slogan ‘I love Lady Gay Gay’.

Administrators at Greenbrier High School in Tennessee claimed Cole Goforth’s clothing was disrupting other pupils, and the singer posted a message to him on her Twitter account.

“Thank u for wearing your tee-shirt proud at school, you make me so proud, at the monsterball, you are an inspiration to us all. I love you. X

“Been in the studio for days and hours of record after record, and when I hear that a little monster was discriminated against* BY TEACHERS. It reminds me of my commitment + love for u, and the deep unconditional devotion I feel to write music that will liberate you from prejudice.

“I love you cole, you just be yourself. You’re perfect the way God made you. (sic)”

In my district, you aren’t allowed to wear shirts with any kind of slogans on it – politically correct or not. How is it where you live? Do public schools have clothing requirements forced upon the children?

Lady Gaga says she is an insomniac. The ‘Telephone’ singer says she can’t sleep because her mind never stops running. It’s not because she’s addicted to fame, it’s because fame inspires her to do more for her fans.

“I’m already crazy. I’m a fearless person. I think it creeps up on you. I don’t think it can be stopped. If my destiny is to lose my mind because of fame, then that’s my destiny. But my passion still means more than anything.

“For some people, fame kills it and becomes more important than the music or the performance. But for me fame is like rocket fuel. The more my fans like what I’m doing, the more I want to give back to them. And my passion is so strong I can’t sleep – I haven’t slept for three days.”

Despite her sleeping problems, Gaga refuses to take any medication to help her relax.

I lie in bed and try to pray and breathe. I have a very overactive mind. I’m the sort of person who’d never take medication to calm myself. It’s maddening. But I love what comes out.”

What do you think about Lady Gaga not getting help for her insomnia? Should she speak to a doctor? Take up meditation? Stop drinking so much caffeine? Or is this where her creativity comes from?

Throughout the years, we’ve heard some pretty lavish requests from musicians while on tour. From a room filled with white flowers to only green M&Ms, these celebs don’t hold back with their requests. So, what does Lady Gaga want according to her concert rider? Tea and cheese.

Pretty easy request to fill if you ask me! Also on her low-key list of requests were:

“a roast chicken, a plate of cheese on ice with a tray of assorted meats, low-fat milk, salsa dips and whole-wheat bread and crackers.

She’s a healthy little thing isn’t she!?

Instead of alcoholic beverages, the 24-year-old star asked for ginger ale, 12 bottles of still water and a hot cup of tea or decaffeinated coffee. A music industry source told the Daily Star newspaper:

“Despite her out-there image, this rider proves that Lady Gaga is actually quite down to earth and normal compared to the diva-like demands of some pop stars.”

Lady Gaga also requests a pot of honey, which is known to combat stomach ulcers and sooth sore throats.

If you had the opportunity, what would you ask for if there were no limits?

Now I’ve heard about the strength of the mind over the body, and the mind body connection and all that, but Lady Gaga’s claim is a first: she says she can THINK herself to orgasm. She says she learned it in acting classes.

“I remember the first time that I drank out of an imaginary coffee cup. That’s the very first thing they teach you at drama college. I can feel the rain, too, when it’s not raining.

“I don’t know if this is too much, but I can actually mentally give myself an orgasm. You know, sense memory is quite powerful.”

Wow. I had NO idea drama training could do all that for you- LOL.

Lady Gaga also said she was discriminated against for being heavier while in drama school.

“I was 15 to 20 pounds heavier than I am now. I would wear shirts that were low-cut, and the teachers would tell me I couldn’t wear them, and I’d point to another girl who was wearing the same thing. ‘Well, it looks different on her.’ It wasn’t fair. At that time, my breasts were much bigger, and firm, and delicious.”

Lady Gaga encourages anyone to follow their dreams; she says there’s nothing unusual about her success.

“I believe that everyone can do what I’m doing. Everyone can access the parts of themselves that are great. I’m just a girl from New York City who decided to do this, after all. Rule the world! What’s life worth living if you don’t rule it?”

That is a great message.

Lady Gaga wanted to celebrate her birthday in a urine-soaked bar. The ‘Bad Romance’ singer – who turned 24 yesterday – had no big plans for her special day and revealed she intended to find the closest bar she could in Australia, where she is currently on tour.

“I am going to find the nearest bar that smells like urine and get very drunk. I’m going to be 24. I don’t feel young.”

Wonder if she’s even able to go somewhere for a night out anymore. She causes so much commotion whenever in public.

The pop star also took to twitter to thank her fans for their ongoing support and birthday greetings, and promised them she intends to keep making music for another three decades.

“Thank you so much for all the beautiful birthday messages, videos, and gifts. The greatest present I’ve been given this year is you I love u.

“I’m 24 today, so you know what that means? Let’s raise a glass to 30 more years of writing music and videos for my beautiful little monsters.”

Gaga has also revealed plans for her third album, the follow up to 2009’s ‘The Fame Monster’.

I’m working on it now and I’ve already written the core of it. I’m continuing to travel round the world and… it’s certainly my best work to date.”

And so it’s begun. I’m actually a little surprised it took this long! Donny Osmond, India.Aire, and even a member of the Australian Parliament have some issues with Lady Gaga’s ‘Telephone’ video. Donny released the following statement:

“I’m all for freedom of speech and against any form of censorship, but all I know is that I’m a parent and I’m upset about this,” the father of five said in a statement Wednesday.

“Unlike 20 years ago, in today’s modern, viral world in which content becomes instantaneously available irrespective of age, I wonder whether the music industry might need to rethink its marketing policies with regard to making an explicit music video containing profanity, sexual exploitation, nudity, and graphic violence available to anyone with Internet access,” Osmond, 52, continued.

“I wouldn’t want my child to watch this video. Would you? What do you think? Should these two extremely gifted female role models for millions of young girls, maybe, have given a little more thought to the effect it might have on their core audience?”

Meanwhile, India.Aire was a little more mild on twitter.

Don’t be offended this is all MY opinion… Am I the only one who thinks the “telephone” video is going a bit too far?

And the Australian Parliament member claims the video “promotes promiscuity.”

Something tells me Lady Gaga enjoys the attention this type of controversy stirs more than anything else- LOL. But do you think these people have a point or are they over-reacting to a music video?

Lady Gaga shared in a radio interview today that it wasn’t just simple exhaustion that caused her to pass out during a recent New Zealand concert. She cites extreme jet lag as the culprit:

“I was so jet lagged,” she told the Australian radio show Kyle and Jackie O on Friday. “I passed out about three times on stage that night but I got myself to the floor. I’d rather die on stage than walk off because I was going to pass out.”

Despite a “source” saying that

“She’s on the verge of tipping, She’s only human”

Gaga insists that she’s feeling:

“completely rejuvenated and excited.”
