Lindsay Lohan and her mom were snapped at JFK this afternoon. She and Dina were heading out of New York City after spending a few days shopping and taking care of meetings. Hopefully one of them was to address the situation of Michael Lohan’s trying to set up a conservatorship for his daughter.

It looks like Lindsay was making a half attempt to hide herself, but didn’t fully commit to the disguise? Maybe it was more of a comfort thing for flying? It almost looks like a built-in blanket.

According to TMZ, Lindsay Lohan’s father, Michael Lohan, plans to seek a conservatorship for Lindsay. Lindsay reportedly refuses to see her father, even though she’s currently in New York City herself (here she is doing some shopping with her mother, Dina Lohan).

As for a possible conservatorship, Lohan is telling people he’d gladly serve as the conservator but is open to someone else assuming that role.

Michael Lohan also says he does not want his daughter to go to jail. As TMZ first reported, Lohan is on the fast track for a jail cell because she has squarely violated the terms of her probation. A court day of May 20 looms for Lindsay.

Michael wants Lindsay in rehab but not a traditional, group facility. He wants to go the Brooke Mueller route — a private home with lots of doctors. What Michael isn’t factoring in — that type of rehab is bocu expensive and Lindsay is broke.

Lindsay does seem to be struggling, but I wonder if things are at the point where a conservatorship is appropriate (it’s what Britney Spears has)? And although Michael may truly be well-meaning, this sounds like another misguided attempt at trying to get Lindsay help that’s more likely to make things worse.

On accusations that her nightlife is out of control: “It’s not a crime to go and have fun with your friends. On rumors that she’s a bad influence on her 16-year-old sister Ali Lohan: “My sister is fine and she is in school.”

On what she’s been up to: “I’m working hard, I’m doing my clothing line, I’m starting a movie soon, I’m producing some shows, I’ve been working a lot.”

TMZ is reporting that Lindsay Lohan has violated probation and will face jail time as a consequence. The actress has failed to fill the alcohol education requirement ordered by Judge Marsha Revel which required her to attend alcohol ed courses once a week. She’s been going about once every 3 weeks.

We’ve learned what’s going to come out at Lindsay’s progress hearing on May 20 — that she has habitually violated the judge’s requirement to attend classes at least once every 7 days.

Judge Revel has made it clear to Lindsay — no more chances. If probation is violated, she’s going to jail … and probation was repeatedly violated.

Do you think Judge Marsha Revel will stick to her original threat and jail Lindsay for not following her court order? Or do you think the actress will get off easy – like most celebs these days?

Blohan got a gun

As the parent of a child who struggled with many of the same issues that Lindsay is denying she has, I can say that this picture made my blood run cold. Lindsay is a known cutter. People who cut and do drugs do it to relieve stress – it’s a form of escape from the things you can’t deal with. And the more street drugs they do, the worse their disorder becomes. If Lindsay is playing with guns, her life could be in danger. Her idiot parents need to stop talking to the press and f**king do something to save their daughter. Ali, “great kid” that she is, can’t help her, and shouldn’t be anywhere near Lindsay. She already looks like she’s getting high. Oh, I see tumultuous times coming.

I would watch every damn episode if Lindsay Lohan was one of the people getting help on next season’s ‘Celebrity Rehab’. And that’s coming from a girl who has given up on reality television in its entirety. {OK I slipped up with DWTS this season – forgive me!}

Ok! Magazine is reporting that Lindsay was offered a million big ones in exchange for a few weeks in front of Dr. Drew. I’m DYING at the THOUGHT. It won’t happen. I don’t think Lindsay thinks she has a problem.

SO!!! Who else received a golden ticket from ‘Celebrity Rehab’? Well, according to TMZ that would be Heather Locklear, Charlie Sheen, Brooke Mueller and Jenna Jameson.

Aiming high are they? Who on EARTH would think that Heather Locklear would say yes to this reality show?! LOL!
